I am a UX researcher and designer who thrives on taking on new challenges and roles. I have a natural curiosity and interest in understanding and listening to people.
Why UX is my Jam
Like Ted Lasso, I believe that one of the best qualities is curiosity. We all just want to be understood and considered.
Isn't it amazing that every human on the planet is having an individual experience? And yet, by developing empathy and curiosity, we can somehow relate to one another.
Being curious and listening to diverse human experiences opens our minds. My thirst for understanding the "why" behind people and processes is what makes UX my passion.

What it’s like working with me
I discovered a love for UX during my 8 years in product and content development as I began craving a more user-centered focus. I started conducting monthly usability research on my content and redesigning it based on the data. Now armed with a master's in UX Design, I am eager to collaborate with teams to uncover insights that drive meaningful improvements and enhance user experiences.
As a UX professional,
I thoroughly enjoy working in cross-functional teams
I pride myself on being a quick and adaptable learner
Empathy for the user is my main motivator
I am a direct communicator who loves people!
I believe that good design is a product of good research. I've been on a mission to blend human psychology, research, design, and communication to create experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Sarah LeQuire, Lead UX Designer for The Melanin Village project
“Connie consistently impressed me with her deep understanding of user experience practices, her focus on the user’s needs, and her skills with UX design tools such as Figma. She delivered high-quality work and was actively involved in ideation, developing user flows, designing wireframes and prototypes, and updating the design system for the social aspects of the homeschooling community’s app.
Beyond the design team’s functions, Connie was also proactive in attending cross-functional meetings to better understand the scope of the project and roles of the other teams.
My co-lead and I both recommended Connie to lead the next phase’s UXD team where I’m sure she will be successful! Connie’s positive and collaborative attitude will inspire her team and will be valuable in her future roles in UX.”
